Even this grumpy old man couldn't find fault!

First order was for the media unit from the original rustic range. Chose this as it was longer and higher than anything elsewhere. I was really impressed with the quality of the unit when it arrived. So then I ordered the nest of tables and a 3 drawer unit. Am just waiting for the January sales to order the coffee table and a bookcase, in the hope that I can get a bit more discount - although the prices are already very competitive. Service in the shop was excellent, and delivery came well before the guaranteed end date they gave when ordering. Follow up was second to none with emails informing me of the exact delivery date, and the a couple of days before another giving me a 4 hour slot, then a call from the driver about 30 mins before he arrived. Packaging was unbelievable - so much cardboard and polystyrene - so no way would it have been damaged during delivery. The only slightly negative comment I have is that the drawers should have been A4 size - they're a tad smaller and would have been so much more useful to me if they'd just been that inch or two bigger. I was also slightly concerned about the emphasis the salesman put on the 5 year cover - after all why should you need it if the furniture is well made in the first place?! However it does cover accidental damage and you get a free tine of wax so I went along with it - and it was only £29.99 per order (not per item of furniture) and I don't regret having taken it out. Just think they need to present it better. Overall superb product and service.
