Cant fault shop, furniture & shop staff. However Nigel in customer service agreed a date for delivery when all items would be in stock. I waited till the day before delivery to check everything was still ok only to be advised no appointment was in diary. I checked and all items were in stock so why hadnt I been contacted as this was now months after placing order?. This caused me disappointment & inconvenience as I then had to arrange another day off work which is hard to do at most times. However the new appointment went fine.
