Furniture is great, good quality and looks nice.
HOWEVER:

VERY DISAPPOINTED that the company only delivers between 9-5pm Mon-Fri. This is really bad customer service as most people work those times and days and would have to take a half day or full day of work (especially if the time slot is 12-3pm which is the most unhelpful time slot of all!).
I had bought a sofa and sideboard from you, but I ended up buying a sofa bed from Ikea , as they deliver on Saturdays. Sorry Oakfurnitureland, but I will probably not buy anything from you again!

The store assistants and managers are very pushy, they definitely have targets and do the 'hard sell' which is really uncomfortable.

Happy with the products, but bad customer service experience means I won't be coming back.
