A Consistent Disappointment

My partner ordered various products from this company some time back, so I was dubious about spending money here as I knew how bad the service was. I should have listened to these warnings…

I ordered nearly £4,000 worth of items with OFL on the 15-08-2014.
Most products arrived on time but the wardrobe was missing the base unit and the doors had been badly damaged – I refused to accept it. I was shocked how it got passed quality control. With this being wrong I made sure I closely inspected the rest of the items. Most items were fine but on closer inspection the kitchen table also has a fault.
OFL reordered the wardrobe and that also arrive incomplete a week or so later.

OFL commissioned an independent furniture repair company to fix said issues. The table could not be corrected but the wardrobe could. Unfortunately, the company stained my wall with furniture polish while attempting the repair and the entire wall now will need repainting. The independent company was really concerned and are bending over backwards to rectify the matter.

OFL have not been so forthcoming.
OFL Aftercare Department don’t seem to be very sympathetic, and don’t seem to understand the value of my custom, I am having to make may calls to the Head Office to help them see my frustration and their duty as a professional business. They are very inflexible and don’t see all the trouble they have caused me.

They are very helpful selling you the products but the aftercare service is very dismissive - I wish I went somewhere else.

It is 15-09-2014 and I am still waiting for the table to be replaced and my wall to be repainted. And for this to be turned into a positive experience…
