Customer satisfaction

Visited store for a look around and were made welcome by a very helpful sales assistant. We were shown in the right direction and left to browse and consider our purchase without feeling pressured by staff. There was a wide range of furniture of varying styles, and we were glad we'd prepared by looking online before our visit. We made our choice, arranged a delivery date and left feeling we had found exactly what we wanted.
We received a phone call a few days later confirming our delivery date and on the day itself we were phoned again to be told that delivery was on its way and would be with us in half an hour. The furniture arrived securely packaged and fully assembled. All we had to do was take it out of boxes and put in place.
As soon as we saw the furniture we were very pleased with the quality, colour and finish and visitors have commented on the quality and said what an improvement on our original dark wood furniture. It has given our room a lift and we regularly say how pleased we are with our choice.
Excellent quality at a low price which compares very favourably with other stores. We could not have been more pleased and would recommend Oak furnitureland without reservation.
