Brilliant service & products - great value for money

We purchased 2 items from OFL and it was without hassle and pushy sales people. We were able to browse the store at our own leisure, and knew that if we needed them, a member if the sakes team were available.

One we had finally decided on what we wanted to purchase (which took a while due to the variety of stock) we went to find a sakes advisor.

He was very pleasant, knew about the products we wanted and advised us fully on how to look after the products before we committed to purchase.

We were advised about the extra cover we could purchase, which guaranteed out products for 5 years, this wasn't pushed on to us, and merely offered as a service we could take out if we so wished.

As it was reasonably priced for the furniture we were purchasing we took out the cover!

The products were delivered, very we'll packaged, and the delivery staff were brilliant. They place the oroducts exactly where I asked them to, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very friendly and polite.

My overall experience with the whole process was excellent! Great company, excellent staff and fantastic choice if products. Will definitely purchase from OFL in the future.

I have already recommended OFL to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
