I have bought in store before, but this was my first online purchase. Within half a hour of placing my order I got a call to arrange my delivery date. Could of taken delivery that same week but decided on the week after. I received an email to confirm the date and another one the day before to check delivery still ok and given time slot if between 9.00am to 12.00noon.
On the day of delivery the delivery men called me to say they were 45 minutes away - they arrived at five minutes past nine.
Very polite and helpful delivery men.
Don't think any other company could beat that on service. I will definately use oak furniture land again and always recommend them.
Quality products and fantastic service.
