The first delivery attempt failed as the delivery company couldn't be flexible enough to change delivery time until after 8am. Two weeks later, second delivery failed as furniture had been shipped to another depot. Each delivery needed an assigned delivery slot which took over a week to organize. I cancelled my order as I found the whole experience frustrating. Customer services weren't helpful and were patronizing.

Many thanks for your feedback and please accept our apologies for the problems you experienced with your order.
I can understand your frustration at the problems you experienced and we have since increased our delivery capacity so that we can meet the increased demand. We now offer the option of a two man delivery and deliver all in stock items within two weeks, with a 3 hour time slot and a call from the delivery driver half an hour before.
