I hadn't heard of Newby House Interiors before placing the order, so was happy that I had the option to pay through paypal. I was contacted by a member of staff after payment to confirm the order and provide details of who would be delivering. Further emails and queries were all handled by the same member of staff - I felt I recieved great service!

Product was ready for delivery 2 weeks after payment, which was as expected. Courier was pleasant and product was in excellent condition.

The whole process seemed much smoother than some other more well-known companies I've ordered furniture from! I would definetely recommend Newby House Interiors a friend!
