We contacted Neville Johnson in June 2015 and after a three week wait a gentleman came to measure for our furniture. He never came back to us with a price. After many phone calls we were told he had left the company. Another meeting was arranged to remeasure with the sales director. This was fixed for 20 November 2015. He never turned up, or phoned me.
There customer service is terrible and I will never use this company. Nevill Johnsonn waisted six months.
