The end to end experience of having my staircase transformed could not have been better. From the initial contact through to installation it went like clock work. My expectations were managed throughout, the design meeting, survey and installation happened exactly when they were scheduled for. The installation team were especially good and absolutley went the extra mile. The impact on the rest of the property and attention to detail to keep this to a minimum was examplary.
