Ordered 2 silentnight mattresses, was 'phoned by the company to say the items were out of stock would I accept equivalent alternative. I agreed and received poor quality substitute, when rang to say goods not acceptable I was informed I had to pay £50 to have them exchanged for the items I initially ordered.
The website is still advertising the the silentight mattresses for sale which they do not have.
Customer service attitude was pay for collection of the unwanted items or they would not exchange.
Having to take this up with my credit card company.
