Absolute rubbish.
Looks great but continually breaks the runners.
The glass door base broke into slithers of glass when the slider failed (thought it was supposed to be safety glass).
They have sent out so called fitters on 4 occasions, untrained labourers, with no engineering skills.
Always trying to shift the blame for poor product, trying to blame the installation contractor even when they themselves have done the installation twice.
Do they have type test certificates for the shower doors, showing zero failure after many hundreds of thousands of operations?
Need I say more?
Get an Engineer and get it sorted.

With regards to our product testing. All Matki products are tested rigorously beyond the CE requirements and all carry the CE Certification.
