Excellent after sales service received from Matki. From the initial contact through to the resolution of the issue the service has been first class. The Matki Engineer attended to our shower problem on Friday 15th August and he did a superb job. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and not only fixed the shower rail problem but he also fixed a problem with the shower door that we didn’t know we had. He had noticed that the door did not slide as smoothly as it should and so replaced the plastic runner so it now operated correctly. This type of service certainly means we will be choosing Matki again (we have another en-suite to build) and also that I will continue to recommend Matki to friends and family.
