Having had a Matki New Radiance shower installed in 2008 it was clear that the design and product quality were excellent. Would the after sales service be as good? An small alignment error in the original installation appeared after a year and the Matki service engineer quickly and professionally analysed the problem and rectified it. Earlier this year the tiling in the shower had to be replaced and hence the Matki shower had to dismantled. The detailed installation instructions and spare parts list for the specific model was downloaded from the Matki website and proved to be an excellent document. Replacement parts (roller assemblies, gaskets, seals, etc. were ordered and promptly supplied by Matki allowing the shower to be re-installed 'as good as new'. Consistently good service over a period of 6 years - well done Matki!
