Firstly, I do not normally do reviews good or bad however felt compelled to provide one given the excellent service.
A shower enclosure that was 7 years old had developed a fault with the hinge. I emailed Matki with a picture of the enclosure and within the hour received an email back confirming the part required. On calling them and speaking with an informed expert, not a call centre, they agreed to send out the part including new seals to refresh the look of the shower all covered under a 10 year warranty. The parts arrived as agreed next day. It confirms it is appropriate to purchase good quality products from reputable suppliers in order to receive an after sales service in the future.

I have fitted many shower enclosures and Matki products certainly are of a good quality.
