Ordered a mirror, which got delivered to my neighbours. When I got it, and opened the parcel, I realised the glass was broken. I contacted Maisons du Monde to ask for a refund, which they refused to process because according to their terms and conditions you only have 72 hours from delivery to submit any complaints. They told me my neighbours should have opened the parcel and checked everyhting was in good condition!!! Ridiculous. Will never order again.
