I ordered a piece of furniture in August and paid for a Saturday delivery. I received an email in November to say it was ready for delivery -I emailed Made.com to check that it would be delivered on a Saturday which they confirmed and gave me a date. “Do not buy from Made.com”

I ordered a sofa from Made.com at the beginning of 2014. The sofa arrived in April, but was damaged. I waited until July for the delivery of the second sofa which was also damaged. I waited until September for the delivery of the third sofa, which was also damaged. Can you see where this is going? I had to argue with Made.com's terrible customer services representatives in order to receive an evening delivery for the third damaged sofa. “Only one item out of two arrived and it was damaged”

After numerous conversations with made.com staff ahead of the delivery for last Friday, I was assured the bed and matress would arrive together. I stayed home for the delivery only to find out they delivered only matress and the bed was not dispatched even they were bought together, had the same lead times and were arranged to arrive together. I bought a sofa bed for a small room. It did look great but the cushions were stored in a compartment under the seat. I must admit I thought this was a good idea but the zip jammed when I tried to close the compartment for the first time. The quality is very very poor. I have been speaking to Made about this but there communication has been very poor. They sent out a technician who confirmed the zip was broken but assumed it was my fault... Really. We had bought these Kitsch Chairs last year (arrived also with a delay) and assembled them. For a while one especially was dodgy, so they sent round the "independent engineer" who seemed to have fixed the problem and then said he would get Made to send us spare legs. That was back in May and nothing's happened so far. “Very bad service, terrible quality product, no warranty”

We bought a Fonteyn Media Unit and matching coffee table. Very pretty but the coffee table took 3months to arrive despite being told it would be 2 weeks. Noone ever gave us an explanation, or apologised. Within a year the media unit legs gave way (there is no weight limit on instructions, the TV wasn't excessively heavy and it had never been moved), and their "independent engineer" said that unless we can prove otherwise, he has to write "customer misuse" as cause of accident. “Made is a waste of time...”

I received my lamp from Made last Saturday after paying extra for weekend delivery. Put it together to find the bulb holder is slanted and the stand/pole which is supposed to be retractable does not retract. Also, there is a wide gap between the stand/pole to the lampshade. Contacted Made on Sunday and since Monday I have written close to 10 times to them and it just get worst and worst! They expect me to be at home on a weekday for them to pick up their faulty product. Bought two Olsen bedside tables from Made.com. Waited patiently for two months for them to be delivered. When they arrived, the front of one drawer had been knocked off and was irretrievably damaged. I contacted customer service and arranged for them to collect both and refund - I wasn't prepared to wait another two months for a replacement. Hi, I am in a very similar situation. Expect they took my £1300 for an discontinued sofa, I waited for the delivery which obviously never came. When I called them they said they would find out what happened. They finally told me via email that my sofa was not available and never would be. When I said I would like my money back straight away, they said it would take 30 days. How dare they!!! How long did it take you to get your mony?

Ordered a fjord table, laquer so thin and scratches very easily. Complained only to be told that there was nothing they were prepared to do apart from send an engineer round to look at it. The laquer is within design tolerance apparently, this means that a table described as durable on the website is in fact not durable. I ordered an expensive chair which cost almost £600 with delivery (Wolseley Plaid Chair) . I waited 10 weeks as advised. On the day of delivery, the wrong colour chair was delivered. I telephoned customer services immediately who said they would look into the whereabouts of my chair. after looking at the website for some time we decided to order a wilton chair for our hallway. Delivery was prompt, but it came minus some washers to fit on the legs. We called them and they delivered within 3 or 4 days, no problem there.
