It's really bad service, the delivery man refused to delivery to my home as he said they are only deliver to homes within 42 stairs but my flat lies on the 52 stairs . And then they asked me to take the extra 10 stairs myself. So I gave them 20 pounds to let them deliver my bed to my home and they took the money. This is not the way things supposed to be done! Just bought a Made adjustable height table. The table arrived on the dot, in three, easy-to-assemble pieces , nice looking- but no way to adjust its height. No mention of such adjustment in the instructions, "chat" line inaccessible midday friday, and when I went back to the online product description, there was a similar customer complaint back in 2012, with only the vaguest of answers from the company. Refusal to address complaint satisfactorily ---- in denial. Flynn 2 seater sofa and armchair poorly made, studs different sizes, Overall finish poor. I ordered a set of drawers for my au pair in August. I was told they would arrive in 8 weeks and they would come not. Seeing assembly. This was a must for me as I would never be able to assemble them. The drawers did not arrive till Dec 5 th ! After me ringing approx 10 times. I was offered free delivery and so I was refunded £35. I just want to warn those who want to get Yoko sofa to have it as a every-day sofa - don't. It's a nice sofa and cheap but if you would you use every day it would probably loose first hinge/spring fixing after about half a year. Since my order over the phone no communication from there so rang up today only to be told that the dinning chairs would not be delivered before Christmas. Had I not rang up no one would have had the decency to have informed me. I had an Finlay kingsize ottoman bed delivered in June, after waiting for six weeks it arrived and some of the metal components on the hinges were rusty. I complained and was told they could only replace the whole bed rather than just the components. Rather than wait in again for another delivery, I agreed to some compensation, which was never actually paid to me. I bought a divan bed and headboard from made.com in September for £900. Their website quoted that they compliment each other, using the same fabric etc. They do not compliment each other. Where do I start? I ordered 4x Julietta dining chairs and took a day off work to receive the delivery. Got the chairs but the fabric seats were full of mould! When I called customer service, the operator said they received complaints about these chairs for the past 3 weeks - it was a bad batch. Beware of Made.com. I've had a terrible experience with my Hugo 4 in 1 Chaise Sofa Bed . After less than 18 months the rear of the right facing arm collapsed whilst I was arising from the sofa. Made.com sent out FIRA who have clearly go it all stitched up for them. FIRA reported, "The area that has collapsed on arm is on an area where customers arm/elbow does not rest or need to be placed to get out of item." I cannot believe the bad delivery service of Made.com. Ordered 3 pieces, 2 of them were return without notification, one got re-sent and had to literally chase the DHL guy to deliver it- off course had to stay home the whole day waiting for it to be delivered. The third product, a lamp was delivered in 2 packages, and again had to be the one to check and call to insure it will make it properly. Dining chairs delivered and self assembled, nice colour but incredibly uncomfortable, springy elastic webbing causes a dip in the seat and consequently the frame cuts off the blood to your legs. My partner has dissembled the seat and re webbed the base, altogether more comfortable, but why should she have to do this to chairs supposedly designed for comfort and style.
