Bought two Olsen bedside tables from Made.com. Waited patiently for two months for them to be delivered. When they arrived, the front of one drawer had been knocked off and was irretrievably damaged. I contacted customer service and arranged for them to collect both and refund - I wasn't prepared to wait another two months for a replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM MADE.COM, terrible quality, terrible service and a waste of money. TRUST ME! After buying a sofa, chair and sideboard from them in January 2012 EVERYTHING needs replaced because of poor quality. Ordered a fjord table, laquer so thin and scratches very easily. Complained only to be told that there was nothing they were prepared to do apart from send an engineer round to look at it. The laquer is within design tolerance apparently, this means that a table described as durable on the website is in fact not durable. In spite of reading some bad reviews about made.com I went ahead and ordered a soda that I had been to see in their showroom. The sofa arrived around the time we were told it would, the delivery company gave us a sensible window for delivery, phoning 45 minutes before they arrived, and the sofa was as expected. I ordered an expensive chair which cost almost £600 with delivery (Wolseley Plaid Chair) . I waited 10 weeks as advised. On the day of delivery, the wrong colour chair was delivered. I telephoned customer services immediately who said they would look into the whereabouts of my chair. My chair was loaded onto the van that morning, (apparently) so their guess was, that another customer must have my chair and would probably contact customer services too. That didn't happen. When delivered it had no elements of blue, green only and they will not provide a full refund and cover the cost of pickup instead claim we have changed our mind. after looking at the website for some time we decided to order a wilton chair for our hallway. Delivery was prompt, but it came minus some washers to fit on the legs. We called them and they delivered within 3 or 4 days, no problem there. Needed 12 dining chairs, ordered 2 to check the colour and one of them was faulty, Made.com sent 12 new chairs and from this total of 14, 11 were faulty. I ordered a choux sofa bed and waited 3months for delivery. No problems with the delivery people at all, they were great. However, the sofa bed was awful. The fabric felt very cheap and artificial and after just a week was sagging on the back rest. Also after just a week, one of the corner legs broke. despite bing notified by phone,at least twice, and by email twice about delivery dates and having to travel to meet the delivery etc two orders not delivered. Sofa lost, chairs not delivered and homeless support from the call centre. Would never recommend this company - you don't save money and it is not worth the aggravation if things go wrong and then no one at Made will speak to you. I was really excited about purchasing a Bergman cabinet from Made.com. After processing the order, i was assured the standard 6 weeks delivery time.
