The ordering was easy, communication re the delivery was good, infact it arrived 1 month early! and the actual delivery was on time and the bin was perfect. The quality of the sofa is of a good standard, except for the long seat cushion which is in a foam that will not be so durable, which is a shame they didnt use a better foam for this. “Awful Excruciating Terrible Service”
Visit www.made.comFirst, Made.com sent out a totally different model of Hollander bike to the one that I ordered. I was asked to prove this to them with photographs. Eventually they sent me out a new bike. It was different to that advertised. I accepted it. The first bike sat in my hall for over a month waiting to be collected. Both products are excellent, well built and sturdy and a lovely design. The Kubrick chair is wide. My 97 year old Nanna thought it was very comfy and she is hard to please on the chair front! We had a minor puzzle over where the feet should go, the ones with the rollers at the back or the front? We decided the back and the sofa seems fine. “Terrible Delievery service - Dont bother with them”
Visit www.made.comNot worth the hassel. There delivery service is contracted out, and then sub contracted again so there is almost no link between Made.com and the delivery company. The customer service is friendly but aweful. They make all the right sounds but are powerless to do anything or track anything. I have taken two days off now for deliveries that have not came at present no one know where my sofa is or when I will get it. Avoid at all costs....
