“Worst online experience. Do not buy from Made.”

Not once have they responded to an email but have the nerve to send me a 'rate my support' email. After a whole month I have not received my order and I have been fobbed off on the phone on numerous occasions. My order was sat at the warehouse for weeks, supposedly ready for despatch each time I called although after 3 weeks it was still there? I have requested a refund which I have still not received. WORST buying experience ever. Over 2 weeks ago, I bought a 2000 euros dining table set. Instead of coming in one delivery the pieces were arriving in unscheduled separated deliveries! First on a Friday (May 19th), one parcel (a bench) came unscheduled and obviously no one home to received it, and the parcel went to the closest post office. I bought a sofa from the seller in 9.2015, the cushion covers started cracking all over the sitting area after a bit more than a year, and without any reason. I called the seller in April and sent them photos that clearly showed the cracks, and they said that they don't offer spare parts, but sent someone to my house from homeserve to review my sofa. Rude staff, faulty products, items can only be returned at your own cost, refund delayed and not processed until I chased it up repeatedly. I recently bought the Lansdowne chest of drawers. It's a disappointing piece and if you're thinking of buying it steer clear. The quality is okay, but considering the price of them sub par. The instruction manual is absurdly complicated, and even with a background in engineering and working with my hands it took me three hours to assemble it. My husband and I ordered 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. We ordered in January and realised it was quite a long waiting time so weren't too bothered as it looked so nice. When it arrived this week it was the wrong order! Goodness knows whose furniture we had! Delivery man asked if I wanted to keep it! Sent it back then had two bedside tables delivered the next day. Terrible service from Made.com. There dispatch couriers dumped our furniture on the front doorstep, for 4 days and then failed to deliver two other items. It's really bad service, the delivery man refused to delivery to my home as he said they are only deliver to homes within 42 stairs but my flat lies on the 52 stairs . And then they asked me to take the extra 10 stairs myself. So I gave them 20 pounds to let them deliver my bed to my home and they took the money. This is not the way things supposed to be done! I ordered a set of drawers for my au pair in August. I was told they would arrive in 8 weeks and they would come not. Seeing assembly. This was a must for me as I would never be able to assemble them. The drawers did not arrive till Dec 5 th ! After me ringing approx 10 times. I was offered free delivery and so I was refunded £35. I just want to warn those who want to get Yoko sofa to have it as a every-day sofa - don't. It's a nice sofa and cheap but if you would you use every day it would probably loose first hinge/spring fixing after about half a year. Ordered dining chairs and given a promised date of arrival before Christmas. Since my order over the phone no communication from there so rang up today only to be told that the dinning chairs would not be delivered before Christmas. Had I not rang up no one would have had the decency to have informed me.
