This online store stocks beautiful items at reasonable prices. But beware! The delivery service it terrible! Goods are delivered by the Royal Mail signed-for, which means you must be in to receive them when they randomly arrive - no option to select delivery time or request "leave with neighbour".

Also, attention to detail in packing is not great: we have received items with components missing. A real pain when you want to get an item set up straight away. Especially as, rather than just apologising and sending the missing component next-day delivery as most online stores would do, Made.com send an entire new item and expect you to take the faulty one to the post office and post it back!

With all the great online furniture stores out there these days, Made.com is really not worth the hassle.
