Bad product, horrible service!

I have had a less than positive experience with this company. I purchased an Oxford high bed. This item was not available. I agreed to accept another bed and delivery was promised promptly. Some weeks later more than the 2 promised I arranged to be at home for the delivery and the driver did not turn up. Staff did not explain why.Yet more weeks followed. I agreed to another date, paid extra for assembly. The bed delivered was missing vital door supports and was damaged when I inspected it. All noted on the docket. The company employee promised both a replacement end to replace the damaged one and to supply the missing parts and to return and make good the bed. I further discovered after he had left that he crushed and broke an extension lead that he concealed. I contacted the company, many weeks ago, highlighting these issues but received no replies to any of my emails. I think this company is has appalling customer service and I would NOT recommend them. I may take further action as the goods I received were below standard, not as advertised as was the service supplied.
