“Don't buy anything”

I waited 16 weeks and had no e mail to give me an update of my order . I contacted them by phone and e mail several time and they took days to reply giving me one excuse after another . I cancelled my order 3 weeks ago and guess what I still haven't been given my refund ! It is looking very unlikely I will get it now . “NEVER EVER think of buying from this company.”

This company must be the worst on the net. Having cancelled my order because they failed to deliver in specified and agreed week ( I only had one week this year when I would be home to take delivery) I am still waiting for my full refund after two months from cancellation date. Online status for stock indicates a date for delivery...phone calls to L&F confirmed that the items were in stock and they would be delivered within the time specified. Credit card details taken. When the date for delivery came and went I contacted them and received a message as follows.... I have now involved my Credit Card Company who are looking into this.
They have told me that they will put a hold on the payment that I am due to pay (for 28 days) and that I am not to worry, because they will sort it out for me...SO, if you've experienced the same as quite a lot of us have and you've used your credit card to pay this company; then get straight onto your card provider, because this company needs bringing down!!
Don't try to ask for a refund from Lights and Furniture...who also call themselves Glow Furniture ( and incidentally have a Jersey Offshore account for their payments!?) because you will most likely be in for a long and drawn out battle to try to get your money back.
Best to let your card company do all the work for you.

It would be easier for me to copy and paste my 4 month long email trail than re-write it here... But to be clear - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their website looks professional and the email order confirmation gives a delivery date. I waited months for a refund and in the end claimed it off my credit card company. It gave me huge satisfaction to have got the money direct from their bank account!! Worst company I have ever dealt with!!

This company publishes Feefo customer reviews on their own website to "prove their level of customer satisfaciton. All customers of L&F should receive an invitation to comment on Feefo. I was not invited even though I asked L&F to send me the link. I then wrote to Feefo and told them I had not been invited to review L&F. Feefo have told me that they have asked L&F to send me the link but I must tell Feefo if they still don't allow me to leave a review. Am still waiting......

I had an almost identical experience to you and also contacted Feefo. However - because I never actually received my order it wasn't classed as a completed transaction so I couldn't leave feedback!! What kind of system doesn't allow feedback where the service has been so bad that you never even received your items even though they had your money for 4 months !!!

“Don't use this company!”

I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it! I ordered a wardrobe in March 14 and as of 30/05/14 I have not received it. It was in stock when I ordered and I was given a delivery date 2 weeks later. I was eventually told it was not going to be in stock until late April/early May and in spite of that now being a month ago there is still no sign of the item. Yesterday the person I spoke to said that the wardrobe was with the delivery company and they would be contacting me to arrange delivery. I haven't heard anything from them. Wow! My experience is exactly the opposite, I came to L&F because the item I wanted was 'in stock' on their website when it wasn't on others. That was back in early March and I have not received the furniture as of 30/5/14. Very unhappy customer.

I don't believe this review is real. These are the exact items that I ordered and the dates match too - only I never received my items - the company had my money for 4 months - I phoned and emailed dozens of times and received lie after lie about delivery and refunds. In the end I got the money off my credit card company. What are the chances that someone ordered the exact same two pieces of furniture as me at the exact time I asked for a refund and then left this review. Slim to none I would say!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Delays, miscommunication, outright lying to me about receiving a cancelled order back into stock.
