I placed an order as they stated they matched any price, other suppliers were not in stock, and this company suddenly had available stock when I phoned. I paid, but read all the awful reviews and cancelled the very next day. They phoned with lots of guarantees the furniture was there but I was not convinced. I emailed confirmation of my cancelled order. They emailed to say they had refunded my money .... But a month later it's still not back on my credit card. I have contacted trading standards based in Jersey whom are excellent, and taken up a dispute with my credit card company.
I ordered the same furniture from pinesolutions who have been excellent, and they even delivered ahead of their estimated due date.
Save yourself the worry and stress, and give these people a big miss. Just awful
