I ordered a Lyon walnut/glass table lamp on 28/07 it was due to arrive on or before 11/07. I had to make several calls and email to customer services who were very unhelpful only saying they had problem with their delivery company and couldn't confirm when it was scheduled for delivery. It eventually arrive after four weeks in a flat pack which did surprise me as the description stated 'no assembly required'.
I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience I did complain and asked for a discount for the I inconvenience but this was rejected. However, I am happy with the table's quality.
