All the good reviews (if genuine) will be from customers with new sofa's, but wait until the reconstituted leather starts to crack and split. Customer service will not want to know, no reply to emails, no promised telephone call back. After numerous telephone calls I was told the five year guarantee only applies to the frame not the leather. They did give me a telephone number for a company that repairs there faulty sofa's but I would have to pay!
When I bought the two sofa's I was told they were genuine leather, after some research I discovered the covers are made of bits of genuine leather mushed up / reconstituted and stuck on to a fabric much the same as vinyl is made.
