It is hard to forgive a company that fails to achieve, when so many of its competitors excel. Repeated delays to stock of item ordered, reassured that item in stock and being prepared for delivery ten days ago with carrier tracking info sent soon after. STILL no delivery and therefore a Christmas present disappointment despite mid-November order with fast delivery paid for. Very poor service just when other companies used are managing to fulfil orders within hours/days.
