problem with delivery to Lancaster on 1st June after waiting 17 weeks, that's 3 weeks overdue. When the two sofas and chair arrived a 2 seater was minus the back? customer service asked me to photo the fault before they could rectify the problem, Can't find it in the warehouse so would have to re-order with another 13 week delivery.
Absolute rubbish service my wife says 'wish she had never seen Harveys'.
Avoid like the plague. NIL POINTS
