Right got my money put back in my account, so am keeping my promise to HARVEYS FURNISHER STORE AT DRAKE HOUSE SHEFFIELD. First week of January 2017 I ordered 2 sofas from this store. A 3 seater recliner and a 2 seater recliner in a beautiful grey colour. I paid cash for it and I was promised that I would receive delivery of the said settees on 14 February. On the 12 of February I got rid of the old suite that I had in anticipation of the impending delivery. Sure enough on the 14th the delivery arrived and the van crew kindly carried up and assembled the two seater sofa. Okay so far. They went back to the van and brought in a recliner chair. Okay the chair is not mine, where is my 3 seater sofa? After much scratching of heads (the delivery men) I decided that they should take everything back and bring me what I had ordered. They did. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday was spent in visits by my daughter to the Harveys store and numerous phonecalls . OK Friday I was promised faithfully by the people in the shop that a special delivery of my ordered items would be delivered on Saturday 18 February. Lo and behold the van arrived as promised. The delivery men again carted in a 2 seater recliner and went outside to get the three seater. Wonderful, I was ecstatic, I was going to be able to sit in comfort at last. Not!!! When they unwrapped the item half was grey the other brown!!!! I sent the whole thing back and went right away to the store. All I was offered was lame excuses about being it the warehouses fault. I demanded my money back even though they did say they would get them to deliver the right items but couldn't give me a date. One mistake I can take, two though and I weren't prepared to take a third. I have typed all of this to say this. It was the first time I have done business with Harvey's Furnisher store at Drake house Sheffield. It will be the last time too. I still haven't got a a comfy seat to sit on
