Having been told by salesman in the stairfoot store my two settees would be delivered within ten weeks, I rang customer services to ask for delivery date. They promptly told me the settees weren't even in the country and not even made. Told there would be a three week delay. Rang back in three weeks and still no joy. Couldn't even say whether they were made or not. Absolutely abysmal service. I asked for my deposit back and cancelled the order. Would never go back and have told all my friends and family.
