Was given a delivery date by Harveys for delivery of my 2 sofas so on the morning disposed of old sofas. after 9 days of no delivery my disabled son is still struggling out of a bean bag and I'm struggling sitting on floor with arthritis. I was told the delivery men ran out of time on the day. I'm constantly lied too by customers services and just fobbed off. I'm now going to claim my money back luckily I paid by credit card so I'm protected by section 75 consumer credit act. I will never go near Harveys again. They treat customers disgusting.
