So on the 2nd of January i ordered a new corner sofa through the riverside branch, Lady called Tash who served me and she went above and beyond to make sure what i was buying was 100% for me. We was told on the 2/1 that there was a 10week wait so we should have had the sofa delievered by 12/3. On the 25th Jan i called to make sure everything was alright with the order to be told it would be ready by the 28th Jan. I was over the moon with this however then 28th came for them to tell me it was a system error and i needed to call back the next date which should be the 17/2. I waited and called on this date to then be told another system error so call back on the 7/3. I was getting highly fustred at this due to getting rid of my old sofa on the 28th Jan as this was the first date they said the new one would be ready by. i then called on the 7/3 to be told to try in anothers week time at this point this is now 11 weeks since i ordered the dam thing, Eventually the sofa was delievered another 5 days later. Two drivers, one was very friendly and chatty and the other just wanted to get the job done. i was then told the new sofa was too big for the opening living room. I knew this wasnt the case as my old sofa was bigged then this one and its just an awkward postion so needed to try serval attempts. The driver told me he wouldnt be able to get it in and this is when i told him it will fit but i basically had to guide the sofa in myself.

i went to harveys due to a family member recommending them but i wont do this again. 7 weeks i went without any Sofa due to the so called system errors but how they can get it wrong so many times is beyond me.
