Where do I start first of all the factory where they order their goods didn't turn up, WHY because the warehouse used the poor excuse that you have to confirm twice by phone so I sat in all day with no delivery, The final insult was the table when unpacked had scratches all over it, I should have noticed but it was 6.30am in morning and I was so grateful to finally take delivery, I didn't notice, But am damn sure delivery guys must have seen it. They couldn't wait to get out after they unpacked FUNNY THAT Now am waiting and waiting for new table and they cant even be bothered to get in touch, Could it be they've got my money and are saying Im not allowed refund, USE HARVEYS AT YOUR PERIL. if you want damaged goods and poor aftercare Has anyone
got any ideas on how to make them listen?
