I ordered a suite in August . Eventually delivery date for beginning of November was arranged. Lorry arrived , no sofa on board driver rang the warehouse who couldn't give an explanation . After numerous phone calls over the next 2 weeks were told the items had been lost . Heard nothing from them for 3 weeks . Contacted them to hear , oh yes madam your items have been located we will arrange delivery for 2 weeks time.2 days before, telephone call to say items have been lost again . Rang every other day but was just told when the warehouse find them we will let you know . Christmas time still nothing after telephoning yet again one lying customer service advisor said 'oh I can see that your sofas are just going through quality control so will be available for delivery soon ' . I kindly told her they have been through quality control and we're ready for delivery 2 months ago . Oh yes , I'm sorry I don't know where they are, when the warehouse have found them we will let you know . I told her not to bother I want to cancel my order and get a full refund. I have had to put this in an email , but are still waiting for a response .
