salesmen only know how to lie & get your money quick

We ordered 2 corner sofas and 2 matching footstools, after 3 days we wanted to change material on one of them, we were told we only had 24 hours to change it later we found out that was a( LIE) you have 14 days. we received sofa 1 on the date promised but no footstool, I rang and was told it had been misplaced in other words LOST but on the same phone call they were waiting delivery as they were out of stock ( LIE )I was told they were made to order anyway when it was delivered a leg was broken, no problem they will replace, still waiting but they said it would be about 5 weeks that's okay with me but then I get a Text saying someone will call in 24 hours about leg after 5 days still waiting. In the meantime we agreed that I could cover fault with cushion on sofa rather than wait for replacement but so far still have not received cheque would have been quicker waiting for replacement, this has been on going since July, second sofa no faults up till now but uncomfortable as cushions keep sliding off and your nearly on the floor its that soft cord any remedies out their somewhere no use going back to Harveys they just Lie Fed up
