The quality of the furniture is fine and selection/price is decent.

Their customer service (or lack thereof) and after sales support is shockingly poor. It seems that all they care about is securing a sale (and ringing in some commission) rather than actually providing a good level of service to their customers.

If you are brave enough to try them, I hope that everything is delivered as ordered and on time. If it isn't, I hope you have more luck with their borderline incompetent staff than I have had!
