Goods in 2 weeks then 5 weeks then 6 weeks then 8 weeks

Bought a sofa and swivel chair from harveys in livingston scotland was told buy the sales staff it would take two week as they had it in stock I said I will think about it and will call you next day. I called to order and was told I need to pay in full as you will have all the goods in two weeks so I paid (big mistake). Two weeks pass but no sofa so I call the store to be told it will take five weeks, then I wait 5 weeks to be told will take 6 weeks at that point I tried to get a refund that took three phone calls per day eight days. At week two they gave us a loan sofa when delivered it had a kitchen knife sticking out the side of it which was pointed out to the driver his response was do you want the knife I replied no well just throw it in the bin. We have spent thousands of pounds in harveys over the last few years as we had just bought a new house and this is how they treat us. We will never buy anything from harveys again.
