We were rang and told our sofa was to be delivered on 6th March. We got rid of our old sofa the day before. Harvey recommended not to get rid of it more than the day before. They rang us on the day to tell us that due to a technical hitch our sofa was not on the van but were trying to sort it out so we would still get our sofa and someone would ring us back. This never happened so we rang back only to be told that our sofa was not even in stock. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and me and my partner had to sit on garden patio furniture for 10 days. We were told that they would ring us on many occasions and never ever got rang back. We were then offered £30.00 compensation (our delivery charge) for their pathetic excuse of customer service. We were also told in the shop that all the pillows on the sofa were included. Again we have to go and buy new pillows. Avoid this company at all costs. all you get is lied to time and time again. On one occasion we rang and it took 48 mins to get through. To date our phone calls have cost us over £15.00 Obviously a lot of complaints to deal with.
