“14 weeks awaiting sofa with little contact, do not use!”

Yesterday we cancelled our order due to waiting 14 weeks with at least 4 promises of delivery and being told "guaranteed Christmas delivery". delivery date arranged for 23rd December (in fact the customer service were surprised and a little put off when we excepted the date- we were desperate at this point!), text received to confirm between 7am-1pm but at 10am we were phoned to say the delivery driver will come but will not have the sofa as it wasn't on the pallet when opened.
right from the beginning the sale man kept getting order wrong. customer service useless. sofa cancelled and money returned. avoid avoid avoid!
