Liars!

My fiancé and purchased a sofa with a categorical guarantee from the salesman that it would be delivered to our address in no more than 8 weeks. After 7 weeks I called to confirm we would be receiving delivery within the next week. We were told that we must've misunderstood because it was actually a maximum of 9 weeks delivery to their warehouse. There was absolutely no misunderstanding, we were lied to. After 10 weeks had passed we contacted them twice with our grievances to be told both times someone would call us back. This never happened! After calling again and being able to speak with customer services, I was told there is a problem with the supplier and our sofa will reach the warehouse on the 5th December to be delivers to us sometime in the following week. I've today received a call from harveys saying we will hopefully receive our sofa before Xmas! (The operator had no idea why I was given 5th December for warehouse delivery)
In conclusion, harveys are liars. Do not buy from them. I would also be very sceptical of the 5 star reviews on this site.
