we purchased 2 leather settees last year which too ages to come
when they finally arrived the leather used was supposed to be cream but was all different shades of cream.
We complained and was offered a replacement but we decided to to upgrade to a more expensive pair of settees
which again took ages to come
we have had these settees now 10 months and between the two cushions of the 2 seater have started to split
baring in mind it was supposed to be leather but it turned out to be leatherette on the inside of the settee
we have had 2 sets of inspections and both along with Harvey's customer service told us it was normal wear and tear
now bearing in mind we both work and so it doesn't get that much use
I DONT THINK IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
WHAT DO YOU THINK

I have just received an adjudication from the furniture ombudsman to say that the colour of my sofa delaminating after 6 months is localised wear and tear!!!!! It took the ombudsman 15 months!!! To come to this conclusion
