Delivery times a complete joke. Then when they do give you a delivery date, only half the goods are put out for delivery. Still waiting for the goods, as want everything delivered at the same time to ensure colours are the same. When I phoned regarding the original delivery date being changed, (3 months after being ordered) they agreed the uplift of my old suite and a refund of the delivery charge ,this is now not happening. They do not stick to any agreement they say.
If delivery van hadn't broken down, I wouldn't have known til they came to the house that they only had half the order on the van. The complete order is actually in the warehouse, so goodness knows who decided a customer would only want half of it. Their attitude on the phone is - pass the buck to another department, no one ones to takes reposibility. I got put on hold when i asked for a manager and then they dropped the call, typical of Harveys. Who compensates customers for taking time off work unnecessarily? . .

Going through the same when you do eventually speak to someone the supervisor I spoke too was soo rude and aggressive

We too had this week aggression stating "I don't give a toss as we are all getting sacked" then hung up!
