Damaged sofas

Bought 2 two seater leather sofas plus a three seater and a two seater for my livingroom and conservatory after waiting over the time given low and behold they turned up damaged.The reclining sofas that I bought for the livingroom turned up a week later and Yes! Both damaged to.To cut a long story short they are being replaced but wait not till August.So ordered in February and still waiting for non damages goods till August.This is not acceptable what happened to checking items before they left the depot or factory.Well if the other ones coming are damaged they will all be going back and a full refund will be coming my way as they have not honoured the contract between us .All I am asking for is non damages goods they are happy to take your money but produce sub standard furniture.These suites cost around £4000 so I expect qaulity goods.Oh! Did I fail to mention that I also found out that one of these suite is made in China with plastic feet,and also my mother ordered same and Yes! You have guessed damaged to.Come on Harvey Reids get this sorted and quick if your suppliers are producing shoddy goods look elsewhere.If you got a bad meal in a restaurant you would expect not to pay for it.Sort this out and quickly befor you lose all customers who would gladly recommend people to go elsewhere and I will be one of them.Make me eat my words and work wonders for everyone with damages goods from you and restore my faith .
