Ordered sofa in Belfast Boucher Road, was told delivery time 12/14 weeks so okay, sofa arrives into their warehouse and guess what 3 weeks to deliver. Totally unacceptable when your told as they take your money once in stock delivery within 7 days. Great after sales service not! Was going to order my dining room furniture, will be placing my order else where.
In fairness to the manager she did say she would try to get sooner date although guess what response time to emails is 72 hours. Will keep you posted!
These guys need to get there after sales service / deliveries sorted or at the vey least don't miss sell information to customer.
