Item stated as delivery within 3 days. No information/ timeslot provided upon placing the order and misleading information provided by customer service when first called.
Only order if you're prepared to wait around on the off chance that the item may be delivered on the 3rd or 4th+ day. Customer service advice is that item doesn't require a signature and if it happens to go missing from a "safe place" such as a communal garden then a replacement will be sent - so a repeat of the same poor service!
This is a major inconvenience for those who work - I won't be ordering from Habitat again.
