Ordered over £1000 worth of sofa"s on 10/01/2015 told 8-10 week delivery should have been here by March -'No sign contacted Habitat told should not be much longer??? Than got three texts stating delivery would be morning slot 23/05/2015 Good we thought got rid of old sofa"s to charity had front door removed ready waited & waited no sign contacted call centre who said the sofa"s were not on the lorry I told them they better organise a new lorry then. I got a phone call saying they were actually not in the country but still in Italy what rubbish I than had contact with customer services over the next few weeks who said they had managed to find one sofa I tx them I wanted both sofa"s at the same time as that is what most customers expect when they buy sofa"s Now eventually after me doing all the chasing they are expected sometime on the 20/06/2015 !!!!! Let's see shall we I will never shop or recommend Habitat to anyone and the CEO should be ashamed of the companies performance looking at the many review sites I have and if this delivery is delayed or damaged in anyway look out as Watchdog will be advised the sofas are from the Porto range
