On 5 Jan I ordered two bath towells and a picture frame. About two weeks later I was sent three wooden trays. Somebody obviously had a complete brain fart and sent me completely the wrong items.

I called Habitat and told them what had happened. They arranged for the incorrect items to be collected and re-ordered the correct items for me. Supposedly.

The delivery company then called to my house on three different occasions and although the wooden trays had been left in a safe place outside my front door they did not pick them up.

I called Habitat customer service three more times after this. Each time I was assured that my order was on its way and that the incorrect items would be picked up. When I called a third time I was told to just keep the trays as they couldn't seem to organise the collection. I was told my order would arrive two days ago and I would be emailed a tracking number. None of this has happened.

Which means I will have to call them up yet again for a 7th time and be placed on hold for 15 minutes to wait for some incompetent idiot to lie to me. I will be demanding compensation and will never be ordering from them again.
