Unbelievably poor customer service! still no sign of sofa after 13 weeks. there was a new reason and a new lie every time we called the customer service. Tried to escalate our issue to a manager and the lady whose title is resolution manager did absolutely nothing to help or resolve our issue!
They are simply not bothered about their customers and make it really clear!
