When you buy overpriced furniture you expect service to be up to par. They sent us a wrong colour cabinet then failed to organise the pick up swiftly, the item was in my spare room fully assembled in a huge box for up to a month and a half.
No great apologies, I had to ring customer services to make sure they aligned delivery of the new one and a pick up of the wrong one on the same day as I could not take so many days off work to sort out their mistake.
You would think for this inconvenience I would receive a proper compensation... They offered £30. If this happens to you, I now don't sign till I checked the item and don't care if this inconveniences their drivers.
