The worst shopping online shopping experience, 10 weeks and still no dinning table.
Have contacted the Custer service team 4 occasions and each time given a date and a promise of a call back if date of tables arrival changes, have still not had a single call back.
The team put me on hold for 30 sec are able to say they have spoken to the suppliers and table will be delivered on a certain date, I find it difficult to look up and dial a number in 30secounds never mind having a conversation and waiting for them check their systems???!!!
Will never shop with this company ever again, worst customer service with a bunch of people who will tell you porkies to get off the phone and never deliver on what they promise.
My order had timescale of deliver 10-14 days, 10 weeks later still waiting and not a single call or e-mail from habitat.
