We go through a terrible experience with the order of a desk, whose delivery is currently delayed for more than 4 months and counting. Customer Service is terrible poor and not updating us accordingly, no new delivery dates confirmed, no goodwill agreed for the damage - the company is operating with our money, and that of 10 other customers that are currently waiting for the same item. Why haven't we cancelled the delivery? Because the desk is lovely. But I fear we will never see it. I cannot recommend the company anymore at all. If you need some candlelights - go for it. Furniture that is not in stock - avoid it at all costs.
