Service has been appalling.

Expecting table top and treslte for 4 weeks. This is far short of the 5-7 days boasted on the website. In fact, the order is only still active because of my constant phone calls to Habitat.

After delivering one half of my order (after an internal delivery bungle), Habitat believed it had sent the whole order. This is despite my frequent calls explaining the missing goods.

I won't set foot in one of their stores again.
